  Youth and Children's Activities

Acolyte Program - Children who are in 2nd grade or older may participate in our acolyte program. Acolytes assist and lead in our worship services, and once trained, are placed on a rotation list for Sunday participation. Children who are interested may contact Anita Brock Bryant for training.

Crucifer Program - Youth (7th - 12 grade) that are interested in becoming a Crucifer (crossbearer) on Sunday mornings are asked to contact Anita Brock Bryant for training. Once trained, youth are placed on a rotation list for Sunday participation.

Kid's Quest - Kid's Quest is a Sunday evening Christian Education program for children ages K - 6th grade. Kid's Quest meets at 4:30 PM on Sunday evenings downstairs in room 105. The program is directed by Anita Brock Bryant and the curriculum varies throughout the year.

Children's Choir - Our Children's Choir program consists of children, K-6th grade. This program meets at 5:15 PM on Sunday evenings in the Choir Room, upstairs in room 209. The choir director is Anita Brock Bryant, our Director of Christian Education and Children's Ministries.

UMYF - This is our Sunday evening program for youth (United Methodist Youth Fellowship), grades 7-12. Hayley Burch, our youth director, conducts these meetings. This group meets at 6:00 PM for Snack Supper with the children in the Fellowship Hall, and then proceeds to their activities at 6:30 PM in the Youth Room, rooms 205-206.

  Sunday School Classes for all ages, with a variety of styles and subjects, at 9:45 AM each Sunday

  Mission/Outreach Programs Local mission projects include: Habitat for Humanity, Trinity Soup Kitchen, S.A.F.E., Inc.

  Nursery provided for all programs

  Vacation Bible School

  Retreats – Youth, Intergenerational

  Care and Ministry for Shut-Ins and Elderly; nursing home services monthly

  Joint activities with Young Harris College, ministry with students

  Caring, friendly, "down-home" fellowship

  Disciple Bible Study and others
